Importance of water during the monsoon














You may have heard that drinking 10 glasses of water during the day brings many benefits to the body. The reason is that water is like nectar for our body. People who do not drink enough water, their bodies become home to many diseases. But most people are unaware that the need for water in the body is varied with seasons. That means drinking as much water as needed in the summer can be harmful even during monsoon. At present, when rainy season is underway, you also know how much water is consumed by drinking water during the day.

During rainy days, drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water should be used. If you have a habit of staying awake at night, then drink one glass of water every hour after 10pm. Doing so will not cause problems like bile, cough, air.

Everybody has a desire to have a carpet or a hot breakfast, because of rain. Whenever you take this type of food, do not drink excessive water after a meal. Instead of drinking a little water in one hour after a meal, so that digestion may not be slow. Those people who add lemon to drink  in the water should stop leaving this habit for monsoon. 

Do not  eat too much food in this environment. Any other item should be eaten after at least 2 to 3 hours after eating any item. Drinking water filled with copper in the rainy atmosphere should also be avoided. Because the digestive system is also affected in this season. from:sandesh
