One cup of extra coffee in the day increase the age in men and women

One research has found that three times a day drinking coffee increases age. Research done on nearly five million people in 10 European countries was included in people over 35 years of age. According to research published in the journal Annals of International Medicine, drinking a cup of more coffee can lead to man's longevity. Even then why is this coffee decaffeinated (caffeinated) only? Researchers at the International Agency for Research on Cancer and Imperial College London say that drinking more coffee reduces the risk of death from heart and intestinal illness.

According to Sir David Spieglahlt, professor of the University of Cambridge, if the rate of death rate due to coffee is calculated, drinking one cup of coffee daily can increase the men's lifespan by three months, while the average lifespan of women increases by one month. This research has been done fairly well, but it does not mean there is no error in it. This research can not tell which coffee is a magical element that can increase the age. Some experts have expressed doubts about the outcome of this research. He says that this claim can not be said that due to coffee it has happened or because of the healthy lifestyle of people drinking coffee.
