Overuse of salt is harmful to your health

Salt is the most essential part of our meal because without Salt, meals can not be delicious. Salt contains sodium. Sodium is very essential for the body to function properly, which is available from the salt. But excessive salt is harmful to our health.

  1. Reduce the use of salt to reduce the age.Excessive consumption of salt increases the risk of heart disease.
  2. The blood pressure of the body increases as well as the blood circulation is also corrupted.
  3. Excessive consumption of salt can cause dehydration. Drink more water to avoid dehydration
  4. Due to increasing the amount of salt in the body water is deposited more than needed. This causes swelling of hands, feet and face.
  5. Eating too much salt can increase the risk of heart attack.
